NBU ONLINE

The University of North Bengal was established in 1962 by an act of legislation and spread over a wide area of 315.99 acres at the foothills of the Himalayas.

The university was started with a mission, “to encourage and provide for instruction for teaching, training, and research in various branches of learning and course of study; to promote advancement and dissemination of knowledge and learning and to extend higher education to meet the growing needs of society”, and since then it is moving towards its mission.

The NBU offers many courses for undergraduates to Ph.D. and distance learning options as well. The university aims at providing high-quality education in all its departments at the lowest cost possible so anyone can afford it.
